Role Overview
Pemmi International Electromechanical LLC seeks a skilled HR and Administration Officer responsible for managing daily human resources and administrative functions to ensure smooth company operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, monitor attendance and leave, process payroll inputs, and manage HR documentation.
- Oversee recruitment processes including onboarding and maintaining employee files and HR correspondence.
- Coordinate processes related to employee visas, Emirates ID, labor permits, and other governmental documentation.
- Track and manage expiry dates and renewal procedures for trade licenses, company registrations, vehicle registrations and insurance, labor accommodation documentation, and other requisite permits.
- Collaborate with Public Relations Officers (PROs), government authorities, and external service providers.
- Support administration tasks such as managing employee accommodation, transportation, and general office requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in HR and administration within the UAE.
- Experience in MEP, construction, or engineering sectors is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor regulations, visa protocols, and government renewal processes.
- Proficient communication skills and competent in MS Office applications.
- Capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.
