Overview
We are seeking a proficient HR Administrator to join our team located in Oranmore, Co. Galway. This role involves providing essential administrative assistance within the HR department and supporting overall HR operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a proactive problem solver, and highly organized.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the entire recruitment process including job advertisements, candidate sourcing, CV shortlisting, interview scheduling, and reference verification.
- Keep employee records and HR databases current and accurate.
- Manage daily HR administrative duties such as maintaining employee files, handling employee correspondence, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Help organize HR-related events and training programs.
- Support the preparation of HR documentation including contracts, disciplinary records, and performance evaluations.
- Participate in ensuring compliance by updating HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee inquiries concerning HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- One to two years of experience in an HR support role.
- Experience with recruitment activities is preferred.
- Understanding of HR legislation and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Recruitment Process
