Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated Housepersons/Runners who support Supervisors and Housekeepers to uphold exceptional service and cleanliness standards. This role involves ensuring timely preparation and maintenance of guest units while adhering to company values.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain top-quality service standards consistently.
• Organize and stock storage areas to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
• Assist with removing soiled linens and trash from guest units as directed.
• Prepare and deliver linen and supply bags for unit servicing.
• Inspect assigned buildings or floors to clear linen, trash, and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues and lost and found items following company protocol.
• Move furniture as instructed to support operations.
• Ensure workplace safety at all sites and offices.
• Maintain urgency to complete unit turnovers on schedule.
• Practice punctuality for assignments and appointments.
• Use equipment and supplies responsibly to avoid waste.
• Contribute to linen inventory and supply management when requested.
• Address guest complaints promptly and help foster positive customer relationships.
• Assist resort guests and owners as needed and make guest deliveries accordingly.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of resort premises and procedures.

Experience and Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, with or without accommodation.
• Good decision-making, planning, and scheduling skills.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Strong work ethic with a passion for maintaining cleanliness.
• Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
• Flexible to work irregular hours.
• Valid driver's license required for some locations.

Physical Requirements

This role involves frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, occasional stair use, and performing repetitive motions. Reasonable accommodations will be made for employees with disabilities to perform essential functions.
