Job Overview
The role of Houseperson involves maintaining cleanliness in all public spaces within the facility. This includes performing light maintenance tasks and ensuring all assigned areas are clean and orderly every day.

Key Duties
- Empty trash bins and ashtrays in hallways and common areas.
- Clean outdoor walkways, staircases, railings, and entry/exit doors.
- Wash windows according to schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness of elevators, tracks, and metal fixtures like chrome and stainless steel.
- Spot-clean walls and doors.
- Wipe down baseboards, railings, telephones, walls, and vending machine areas.
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets and rugs in public areas and corridors.
- Polish floors in the lobby as scheduled.
- Regularly inspect lobby and public restrooms to ensure cleanliness and restock supplies, especially during events.
- Keep restrooms and lobby areas clean and presentable.
Essential Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
- Capable of performing light physical labor including lifting, reaching, bending, stretching, and handling tasks.
