Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and making beds.
• Conduct inspections of all rooms to guarantee they meet the high standards set by our hotel.
• Report any damages or maintenance issues found in guest rooms promptly.
• Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and with patience.
• Keep track of supply inventories and replenish stock as needed.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a housekeeper or cleaner is preferred.
• Ability to perform independently while maintaining excellent work quality.
• Possesses a friendly and customer-centric demeanor.
• Exceptional organizational skills paired with great attention to detail.
• Capable of working efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Physically able to lift light loads and stand for extended durations.
