Role overview

This permanent housekeeping position is based at King Stables Road/Buccleugh Street in Street, England, United Kingdom. You will work 37.5 hours each week over 5 days out of 7, with shifts scheduled between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm. The role offers a salary of £27,020 plus bonus and benefits.

In this role, you will help create a clean, safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment where students can feel at home and succeed. You will work alongside colleagues in student experience and facilities, contributing to the day-to-day experience of residents through high standards in shared and communal areas.

• Keep communal and shared areas looking their best so they remain pleasant places for students to live.
• Act as a helpful and approachable presence for students and coworkers, offering support or directing them to the right help when needed.
• Place safety and environmental responsibility at the centre of your work, helping maintain properties that are clean, secure, and mindful of sustainability.
• Take responsibility for your area and address issues directly rather than ignoring them or moving past them.
