Role Summary

The property is seeking a Kids Club Attendant who is attentive, lively, and dependable, with a genuine interest in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for children. The role supports memorable guest experiences for younger visitors through supervised activities and caring interaction.

Key Duties

  • Oversee children participating in Planet Trekkers activities, games, and creative programmes.
  • Keep every child safe, comfortable, and happy throughout their time in the Kids Club.
  • Ensure the club remains clean, orderly, and hygienic at all times.
  • Greet children and parents in a warm manner and respond thoughtfully to questions or concerns.
  • Coordinate with the Recreation team and other departments to help daily operations run smoothly.
  • Adhere to health, safety, brand, and child safeguarding requirements.
