About the Role

Join the team at Hotel Zur Post's Post-Stube in Altenahr, a modern and warmly managed restaurant with a traditional German menu, comfortable seating, and cozy double rooms alongside a small wellness area. We are looking for dedicated housekeeping personnel to oversee our breakfast restaurant and support the flow of operations in the breakfast and conference areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the breakfast restaurant ensuring smooth operation
• Coordinate and implement processes within the breakfast and conference sectors
• Provide attentive guest care during breakfast service hours
• Practice sustainable handling of food supplies and kitchen inventory

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Successfully completed training as a hotel management professional (Hotelfachfrau/Hotelfachmann)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English; additional languages are welcome
• Polished manners and professional appearance
• Proficiency with hotel software systems and Microsoft Office applications

Additional Information

The workplace is located at Brückenstr. 11, 53505 Altenahr, Germany.

Operating hours are Tuesday through Saturday 15:00 to 23:00 and Sunday 11:30 to 15:00.

Team size ranges from 6 to 10 staff members.
