Role Overview

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a key role in making guests feel welcome by maintaining a clean, safe, and appealing hotel environment. Your duties will ensure that guest rooms and public spaces are spotless and well-maintained. Attention to detail, cleaning expertise, good fitness levels, and excellent customer service are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality cleaning services for guest rooms to ensure guests can relax and enjoy their stay.
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors and public floor areas adjacent to assigned guest rooms.
• Adhere to the Lost and Found procedures for any discovered items.
• Report any safety hazards or violations promptly.
• Notify maintenance teams about repair requirements.
• Report any items lost from guest rooms.
• Ensure linens are in good condition and arranged according to brand standards.
• Keep the trolley and pantry area neat and clean at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to handle work demands and operate effectively under pressure.
• Strong customer service focus with good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures.
• Previous experience of at least 1 year in the hotel industry is preferred.
