Job Summary

This role involves shifting schedules with either a 9am or 2pm start, typically lasting 6 to 7 hours per shift, including weekend work. Employees are expected to work 5 shifts weekly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of designated guestrooms to meet hotel standards.
  • Protect guest privacy and ensure the safety of their belongings.
  • Provide personalized service to enhance guest experience.
  • Replenish room supplies and amenities as necessary.
  • Report any maintenance concerns or damaged items without delay.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation regulations consistently.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A vibrant personality that shines brighter than polished surfaces; previous housekeeping experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Highly attentive with the ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, capable of identifying even the smallest speck of dust.
  • A talent for creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel at home.
  • Efficient organizational skills to transform disorder into neatness swiftly.
