Role Overview

You will play a crucial role in the housekeeping team, responsible for cleaning all areas of the facility, including wards, offices, bedrooms, and visitor spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain hospital security standards by adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
- Actively participate in daily housekeeping operations and team responsibilities.
- Exhibit professional telephone etiquette and greet visitors courteously.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
- Contribute towards fostering a positive organizational culture.
- Perform any additional tasks relevant to the position as assigned.
- Attend mandatory and statutory training annually as required by the employer.
Candidate Profile
- Previous cleaning experience in a similar care environment.
- Enjoyment in maintaining cleanliness and a sense of accomplishment from quality work.

This role is based at Reene House, Lliswerry, Newport, Wales, NP19 0RJ. Reene House is a 16-bed residential facility catering to adults with functional mental health diagnoses requiring more care than supported accommodation but no longer in inpatient services. The home provides comprehensive assistance with daily living activities and medication management within a well-equipped, community-focused environment that emphasizes comfort and compassionate care.
