Role Overview

You will handle cleaning duties across wards, offices, bedrooms, and visitor spaces, collaborating closely with maintenance to uphold high cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities

• Follow hospital policies to maintain security standards.
• Actively contribute to daily operational tasks within the team.
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette and warmly greet visitors.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with staff, visitors, and residents.
• Support the promotion of a positive workplace culture.
• Perform any additional duties appropriate to the housekeeping role.
• Complete mandatory and statutory training annually as required.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience cleaning in similar environments is essential.
• Passion for cleaning and satisfaction from maintaining high standards.
• Effective prioritization of tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with excellent cleanliness standards.
• Ability to identify and promptly resolve issues.

Work Location

Badby Park, located on Badby Road West, Daventry, Northamptonshire, NN11 4NH. You will work alongside clinical teams providing person-centred care for individuals with neurological illnesses, brain and spinal injuries, in a tranquil manor house setting surrounded by countryside, easily accessible from nearby towns.
