Work Schedule and Benefits

The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with all major holidays off. Employees also enjoy paid holidays and paid vacation time, providing a healthy work-life balance and time to spend with family and friends.

Training and Development

No prior experience is necessary. The Cleaning Authority provides a comprehensive training program that includes computer-based learning and a two-week hands-on training period under experienced trainers, ensuring you develop the skills needed to excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough and professional housecleaning services adhering to the Detail-Clean Rotation System.
• Provide quality cleaning that meets customer satisfaction and company standards.
• Maintain a positive team attitude and take pride in work quality and customer service.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a background check to ensure a safe working environment.
• Possess a positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and pride in completing tasks efficiently.
• Be willing to learn the company’s specialized cleaning methods.
• Be physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting light weights (under 15 pounds).
• Having a driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
