House Porter

Overview

Bvlgari Hotel London is seeking a passionate and dedicated House Porter to become an integral part of our team. Reporting directly to the Executive Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel's guest areas and housekeeping stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all housekeeping equipment and stores in excellent condition.
• Ensure guest corridors and assigned areas are cleaned to impeccable standards.
• Execute regular special cleaning duties and spring cleaning tasks with high quality.
• Assist with handling linen and other housekeeping goods efficiently.
• Support stock control processes and coordinate the delivery of requested items to guest rooms.
• Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Provide service that is flawless, genuine, and authentic at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in housekeeping, particularly in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications in housekeeping or related fields are advantageous.
• A strong passion for the hospitality role, which distinguishes you from others.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the 5-star service industry standards.
• An immaculate personal presentation and authentic, impeccable customer service skills.
• Excellent guest interaction abilities, with a genuine desire to engage and enhance guest experiences.
