Job Description

We are currently looking for security personnel (m/f/d) specialized in hotel patrol duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting security patrols both indoors and outdoors.
• Monitoring security systems such as alarm systems and surveillance cameras.
• Acting as the primary contact point for guests, staff, and residents.
• Ensuring safety and maintaining order throughout the entire building.
• Preventing and identifying potential threats or suspicious activities.
• Managing conflict or emergency situations.
• Assisting in evacuations and emergency procedures.
• Recording incidents and the corresponding actions taken.
• Complying with safety and fire protection regulations.
• Controlling access to authorized personnel only.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of the certification according to Section 34a of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO).
• Valid Class B driver's license.
• Proficient German language skills and basic knowledge of English.
• Professional, confident, and courteous demeanor, typically in formal attire.
• Willingness to work in shifts, primarily during evenings and nights.
• A clean police clearance certificate is mandatory.

Additional Information

• Compensation stands at €15.55 per hour.
• Employment options include full-time, part-time, or mini-job formats.
• Additional pay applies for night shifts, Sundays, and public holidays.
• The position offers a permanent contract.
• Annual performance bonus of €600 at year's end.
