Since September 2020, this beautifully designed hotel featuring 72 thoughtfully appointed rooms, the exclusive "The LOUIS Grillroom" restaurant, and two modern event spaces, has been part of the ATLANTIC Hotels Group.
Role Overview
Das LOUIS Hotel is seeking a Hotel Page (m/f/d) to join their team promptly or as agreed.
Main Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and bid farewell to guests
- Manage luggage service for arriving and departing guests
- Escort guests to their rooms
- Valet service including receipt, safe parking, and return of guest vehicles
- Perform errands inside and outside the hotel
- Assist in organizing transfers and taxis
- Supervise and maintain public spaces such as the lobby and entrance areas
- Support reception with guest requests and concierge services
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in guest service or hospitality is advantageous
- Presentable appearance with polite manners
- Strong service orientation, discretion, and pleasure in interacting with international guests
- Proficient in German and English; additional language skills are a plus
- Flexible, reliable, cooperative, and capable of working under pressure
- Holder of a class B driving license
