Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing all hotel operations to ensure outstanding satisfaction among guests, staff, corporate clients, and owners.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to organize, direct, and coordinate management activities across departments.
• Oversee hotel operations to maximize profitability while maintaining exceptional guest service and high product quality.
• Develop, propose, execute, and supervise both annual and long-term operational goals for each department.
• Ensure all operational units optimize revenue streams and profit margins while controlling costs effectively.
• Manage operational budgets and financial reporting in coordination with the General Manager.
• Guarantee adherence to corporate audit standards and ensure compliance across operations.
• Maintain high levels of guest and employee satisfaction, while keeping the hotel competitive in the marketplace.
• Anticipate guest concerns and develop proactive approaches to enhance their experience.
• Inspire and motivate hotel staff to perform at luxury standards of service delivery.
• Foster positive interactions among team members to support an exceptional luxury guest experience.
• Ensure strict compliance with all local health and safety laws and regulations.
