Role overview
This position is part of the housekeeping and laundry function at a luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on creating a clean, well-kept, and welcoming environment across guest rooms and public areas so that every stay feels memorable and distinctive.
The hotel is looking for a hands-on team member who can move between tasks as needed, handle guest requests, replenish housekeeping supplies, clean assigned spaces, and support overall guest satisfaction through consistent standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key duties
- Keep guest rooms and shared hotel areas clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Respond to guest requests and support service needs within the property.
- Restock housekeeping carts and supplies as required.
- Carry out room cleaning and housekeeping tasks across public spaces and other assigned areas.
- Help maintain a polished guest environment through attention to detail and timely follow-through.
- Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned.
Work expectations
