About the Role

As a Spa Service Expert at our prestigious Luxury Collection property in Doha, Qatar, you play a pivotal role supporting essential spa operations. You will contribute to creating an unforgettable and distinct guest experience, assisting with various spa services and guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties include promoting spa treatments and retail items, managing appointment schedules, confirming bookings, welcoming guests, answering service-related inquiries, handling check-ins, and processing payments. Ensuring smooth transactions as part of the overall guest experience is crucial.

Work Environment and Requirements

The role involves significant time on your feet, navigating various surfaces, and manual tasks such as moving objects up to 10 pounds independently or up to 25 pounds with help, including bending, twisting, and reaching movements. Comfort with reservation software and maintaining professional appearance, communication, and adherence to company policies are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
• No prior relevant work experience required
• No supervisory experience or certifications necessary
