In this Guest Service Leader / host role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and help set the tone for the visit. The position calls for someone who can recognize regular guests, seat people thoughtfully, keep service flowing, and stay aware of what is happening across the room. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere and support a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage the flow at the door.
- Seat guests with attention to their preferences and the needs of the room.
- Anticipate guest needs and help keep the experience smooth from arrival onward.
- Build familiarity with guests and encourage repeat visits through strong hospitality.
- Work closely with the team and contribute to a coordinated front-of-house operation.
