Role Overview

This opportunity is suited to brokers, bankers, sales professionals, or customer-focused people who are ready for a bigger step in their career. As a Home Loan Specialist, you will help customers make one of the most important financial decisions of their lives while being supported by automation, AI-enabled tools, and a team designed to reduce administrative work.

The role is intended to help you spend more time on meaningful customer interactions, relationship-building, and deal conversion rather than chasing paperwork.

What You Will Do

• Guide customers through the home loan process by phone, email, and video.
• Work on Australia’s leading home loan platform and contribute to settlements that can happen up to four times faster.
• Handle pre-qualified appointments that are arranged for you, removing the need to source cold leads.
• Lodge deals with the internal processing team, which helps manage administration and keep applications progressing.
• Earn referral income from opportunities linked to buyer’s agents, conveyancing, and other connected property services.
• Use AI-enabled systems and automated tools that cut down administrative work, highlight opportunities, and keep you engaged with customers throughout the process.

Typical Home Loan Specialists complete 12 or more deals each month, while top performers can exceed one deal per day.

What We Are Looking For

You do not need a traditional broking background to be successful in this position. Suitable experience may come from broking, banking, sales, lending, customer service, or another phone-based financial services role.

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, or a willingness to complete it before starting; support will be provided.
• Background in sales, broking, lending, or customer service.
• Strong commitment to helping Australians achieve home ownership.
• Ambition, motivation, integrity, and interest in building a long-term career in mortgage and property services.
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia.
