Responsibilities and Expectations
Deliver high-quality, person-centered support to clients in their homes according to the SCHADS Award. Perform assistance with personal care, household tasks, meal prep, errands, social activities, and provide respite support to carers. Emphasize dignity, respect, and independence while fostering trust and meaningful connections.
Candidate Profile

Mandatory Qualifications and Compliance
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community Services, or Individual Support
- Current Blue Card
- Recent National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and comprehensive car insurance
- Compliance with relevant health and vaccination requirements (e.g., COVID-19 and Influenza)
