Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Health Care Support Worker to join the team on Ward D3E at the Royal Gwent Hospital. This role involves providing high quality, consistent, and cost-effective care to patients with acute physical and psychological needs within a specialised nursing environment. The position is based onsite in Newport, Wales.

Role Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

  • Essential: Strong communication skills, high motivation, teamwork aptitude, and ability to adapt to change.
  • Desirable: Proficient interpersonal skills and basic IT knowledge.
  • The ability to speak Welsh is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates fluent in Welsh and/or English are encouraged to apply.
