About the Role
The Independent Schools Council is recruiting a Holiday Camp Director to manage the daily operations at St Francis College located in Letchworth. This role involves leading a small team while organizing a variety of activities for children aged 4 to 13 years. The Director is responsible for maintaining a secure, enjoyable, and well-structured environment throughout the holiday camp.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all daily camp activities for children aged 4-13.
- Lead and manage a team to ensure smooth operation of the holiday program.
- Maintain safety standards to provide a secure atmosphere for participants.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in childcare or a related field.
- Strong communication skills for effective team management and parent interaction.
- Able to manage and motivate small groups effectively.
Additional Information
This position offers an hourly wage between £15.50 and £16.75, including holiday pay, commencing in July 2025. The opportunity is permanent and based at St Francis College, Letchworth Garden City SG6, UK.
