Hiring Freshers for Assembly Associate Roles in Automotive Factory - Aurangabad

Job Overview

We are seeking to hire 300 Assembly Associates for a prominent automotive manufacturing company located in Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra. This full-time opportunity comes with a 12-month contract under 2COMS payroll and offers positions in a fully air-conditioned manufacturing plant focused on automobile component assembly.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive wire harnesses and various auto parts following company quality criteria.
• Perform assembly tasks while standing for the entire shift.
• Meet daily production targets maintaining high-quality standards.
• Use assembly tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Comply with safety guidelines and maintain discipline in the workplace.
• Keep the workstation clean and well organized.
• Assist supervisors in reaching daily production objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification ranging from 8th pass up to Graduate or Diploma or ITI.
• Open to freshers as well as experienced individuals.
• Applicants must be able to join immediately.
• Physically able to perform standing duties throughout shifts.
• Gender distribution: 70% male and 30% female candidates.

Shift and Working Conditions

• Work schedule consists of 6 working days per week with one weekly off on rotation.
• Shifts available: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM (assigned one shift).

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly in-hand salary of ₹13,000.
• Monthly attendance bonus of ₹1,000.
• Approximately ₹1.68 lakh annual CTC.
• Company-provided hostel accommodation available with a deduction of ₹1,200 monthly.
• Free transportation provided for commuting.
• Complimentary lunch provided; dinner available at a subsidized rate (₹48), breakfast at personal expense.
