Premium Retail Sales Executive - Luxury Brand (Chennai)

About the Role

Ltd., a well-established recruitment and staffing company, is seeking a highly driven individual to fill the position of Premium Retail Sales Executive at a luxury brand store in Chennai. This permanent role is ideal for both freshers and candidates with prior retail experience who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver superior product and service experiences ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Create an engaging and interactive retail environment that builds customer trust and confidence.
• Follow the prescribed sales processes and comply with organizational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain the store's visual presentation and cleanliness consistently throughout shifts.
• Utilize downtime effectively to enhance communication skills, deepen knowledge of SOPs, and assist with stock management.
• Perform operational tasks such as completing paperwork and generating sales reports related to store opening and closing.
• Provide detailed information to customers about products, pricing, and billing queries.
• Achieve defined sales targets through effective promotion of products and services.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalations professionally.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by retail operations.
• Remain standing within an enclosed retail area throughout the shift while assisting customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of one year of retail sales experience is necessary.
• Availability to work during standard retail business hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Well-groomed, highly motivated with a strong passion for sales and customer interaction.
• Proficiency in spoken English is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels.
• Age range between 18 and 33 years.
• Eligible candidates include MBA freshers or graduates with at least six months experience in retail sales for a recognized brand.
• Candidates must be residents of Chennai, India.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to 30,000, commensurate with previous salary and experience.
• Employee benefits include Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC).

Additional Information

• Work location: Chennai office; remote work is not available.
• Employment will be through a third-party payroll service (2COMS).
