About the Role
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be the main point of contact between clients and the systems or applications they use. Your work will center on understanding customer needs, communicating clearly, and helping keep the platform running smoothly. You will play an important part in identifying issues accurately, applying your product knowledge, and helping deliver timely resolutions that improve client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop working knowledge of the process and contribute to team support.
- Take part in problem-solving discussions and team coordination.
- Help diagnose and resolve client concerns in an effective manner.
- Work closely with teammates to improve service quality and client experience.
- Record client conversations and issue resolutions to support better future handling.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong command over Service Desk Management.
- Ability to communicate well with clients and support users professionally.
- Comfort with troubleshooting and resolving application or service issues.
- Exposure to ticketing tools and customer relationship management systems is an advantage.
- Good analytical ability to understand and interpret customer problems.
- Basic familiarity with software applications and how they function.
Eligibility
Any graduate can apply, including freshers. The role is open to candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in Service Desk Management. A 15-year full-time education is required. The position is based in Gurugram and involves night shift work.
