Role overview

An opportunity is open for a Customer Service Representative in an international voice process based in Mumbai. The position is for a non-technical support role focused on handling customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the designated system.

Key responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls and also manage emails and chat conversations as needed.
  • Record every case and customer interaction correctly in the assigned tool or platform.
  • Work as an individual contributor while supporting the team within a clearly defined scope.

Requirements

  • Applicants should have excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience range accepted is from freshers up to 5 years in international voice processes.
  • Candidates with experience in any domain may also be considered if they are interested in international voice support and communicate well in English.
  • Only immediate joiners should apply.
  • Willingness to work night shifts is required.
  • The job is based in a work-from-office setup in Mumbai.

Additional details

  • Both-side cab facility is available.
  • Graduation is not mandatory.
