Job description

Role overview

This opening is for an International Voice process role based in Pune. The position is for a customer support professional handling non-technical voice interactions in a work-from-office setup.

Primary responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and, where required, handle emails and chat interactions.
  • Make sure every case and customer interaction is accurately recorded in the designated system.
  • Operate as an individual contributor within a team structure and work on a clearly defined scope of tasks.

Experience and communication requirements

  • Applicants should have between 0 and 5 years of experience in an international voice process.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication is essential.
  • Candidates with any background who want to move into an international voice role may also be considered, provided their English communication is excellent.

Work conditions

  • The job location is Pune.
  • This is a work-from-office role.
  • Night shift availability is mandatory.
