We are seeking a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury. This position does not require prior recruitment experience; instead, we value a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, eagerness to learn, and a drive to grow a career blending sales, healthcare, problem-solving, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Forge and maintain effective relationships with healthcare providers and professionals across New Zealand.
- Identify client staffing needs and align them with candidate career aspirations.
- Source, engage, and support healthcare candidates through the recruitment process.
- Actively initiate outreach through calls and follow-ups to uncover opportunities.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare recruitment landscape in New Zealand.
- Coordinate recruitment activities leading to successful placements.
- Assist in expanding Triple0’s recruitment services.
- Monitor and stay updated on workforce trends in New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and related markets.
