Based in Christchurch, Triple0 Medical seeks a dynamic Primary Care Recruitment Consultant to expand its footprint in the primary healthcare recruitment sector. With over 25 years of experience, Triple0 Medical specializes in placing doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and others into locum and permanent healthcare roles across New Zealand. The company's core mission is to alleviate pressures on the New Zealand healthcare system.
Role Details
This position focuses on establishing and managing recruitment partnerships mainly with GP clinics and healthcare providers, catering to their staffing needs. The role entails a blend of recruitment activities, sales, business development, candidate engagement, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage candidates aligned with client requirements.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with GP clinics and healthcare professionals.
- Understand and anticipate workforce needs within primary care settings.
- Manage recruitment workflows through to successful placement completion.
- Monitor healthcare workforce trends within New Zealand and comparable international markets such as Australia and the UK.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate may have backgrounds in recruitment, business development, sales (including medical product sales), account management, or other client-facing commercial roles. Recruitment experience is advantageous but not required.
