Role Overview
This role is for a Healthcare Recruiter focused on US healthcare staffing. The openings include both US Healthcare Recruiter and Senior US Healthcare Recruiter positions, with experience expectations of 1–2 years for the first role and 2–4 years for the senior role.
Key Responsibilities
The recruiter will source, screen, and close candidates for US healthcare requirements while managing the full recruitment cycle. The position calls for strong sourcing ability, client understanding, and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
Required Experience and Exposure
- Hands-on experience in US healthcare staffing
- Experience working with VMS and MSP clients
- Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed
- Understanding of tax terms and the end-to-end recruitment process
- Strong communication skills with a focus on successful closures
