Lakeshore Talent is collaborating with a healthcare organization to fill the role of Healthcare Recruiter for a fully remote contract position. This role suits recruiters who excel in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments and possess a strong history of sourcing and placing healthcare professionals.
Work Schedule & Details
- Fully remote position; all necessary equipment furnished
- Working hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Contract-based employment
- Anticipated start date within 2 to 3 weeks of hire
- Compensation ranges from $35 to $45 per hour, potentially increasing to $47 per hour depending on experience
Role Summary and Responsibilities
As a vital part of the talent acquisition team, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes managing around 20 open requisitions at a time. You will collaborate closely with several hiring managers to identify and place qualified candidates in diverse healthcare roles. Success in this role requires excellent organization, adaptability to evolving priorities, and comprehensive full-cycle recruiting expertise.
- Oversee complete recruitment cycle for high-volume healthcare vacancies
- Handle roughly 20 active job requisitions simultaneously
- Source, evaluate, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring stages
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers to clarify staffing demands and recruitment priorities
- Arrange interviews and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate information within the applicant tracking system
- Develop and nurture talent pools for critical healthcare job categories
- Deliver an engaging and positive recruitment experience for candidates from outreach through onboarding
- Achievement of recruitment objectives and adherence to hiring deadlines in a dynamic environment
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum eight years of direct sourcing and recruiting experience, covering both exempt and non-exempt roles
- Proven track record in full-cycle healthcare recruiting
- Experience managing approximately 20 requisitions concurrently
- Strong organizational capabilities with effective time management and scheduling skills
- Quick learner of new technologies and procedures
- Recruiting background focused on roles such as Certified Nursing Assistants, Nurses, Receptionists, Care Coordinators, and similar healthcare support positions
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; iCIMS experience preferred
- Outstanding communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and candidate engagement proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in agency recruiting
- Recruitment experience in transportation-related healthcare roles
- Knowledge of current healthcare staffing trends and compliance requirements
- Prior success in high-volume recruitment settings
