Position Overview
The opening is for a Healthcare Operations Evaluator working on a remote contract basis. Compensation is offered at $80 to $120 per hour.
What You’ll Do
- Review AI-produced content using role-specific quality standards and rubrics.
- Spot mistakes related to facts, visual polish, and presentation across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Write precise, organized feedback that helps improve model outputs.
- Use strong healthcare operations expertise to assess the quality of responses.
- Operate independently and on your own schedule while still meeting deadlines and supporting model improvement.
Qualifications
Candidates should bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare operations. Strong command of English at a native or professional level is required, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Slides.
Preferred Background
An advanced degree, such as a Master’s or higher, from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
