About the Role
Join Plan A Health as an Epic Cadence/Prelude Manager to lead and grow the Learning Department by spearheading strategic projects, managing teams, and aligning efforts with organizational priorities. This leadership position requires driving innovation and cultivating a culture focused on learning, equity, and improving health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop staff across multiple levels, focusing on performance improvement, training initiatives, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate team goals, workflows, and projects to ensure alignment with the company’s mission and objectives.
- Monitor operational data closely, evaluate risks, and implement solutions to enhance service quality and effectiveness.
- Establish strong consultative relationships with members and stakeholders, providing diagnostic and supportive services.
- Design, enhance, and facilitate learning programs and professional education, supporting comprehensive workforce solutions.
- Communicate results clearly, manage departmental resources efficiently, and collaborate to support overall organizational strategy.
- Travel up to 40% to onsite locations as necessary to assist members and team members.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least six years of experience in healthcare, including a minimum of six years working with Epic Cadence and Prelude systems, with certification or proficiency preferred.
- Five or more years in supervisory or leadership roles within healthcare operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, or a related discipline required; master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven leadership capabilities, excellent communication, customer service expertise, and strong project management skills.
- Experience in training, curriculum development, and healthcare consulting is an advantage.

This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work independently. The role demands frequent travel up to 40% to support members and staff onsite.
