Position Summary

We are seeking a highly capable Associate to join our Boston office starting in Summer or Fall 2026. Associates are integral to the investment team, working alongside Principals and Partners to develop and execute investment strategies and support portfolio company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute significantly to sourcing and refining investment theses by engaging with healthcare companies, entrepreneurs, industry players, and investors.
• Lead and collaborate in diligence and deal execution by evaluating markets, competition, risks, and crafting investment decisions and strategies for value creation.
• Work closely with portfolio companies to support founders in strategic planning, business development, customer engagement, operational enhancements, and overall value creation.

Qualifications

• Possess 3 to 5 years of professional experience in management consulting, investing, banking, or healthcare technology operations.
• Strong academic performance from a reputable undergraduate institution.
• Preference given to candidates with prior healthcare experience or demonstrated interest in the healthcare domain.
• Candidate must exhibit intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical aptitude, and excellent relationship-building skills.
