About the Role
This opportunity is for experienced healthcare professionals who can help train AI workflows by capturing how real clinical, administrative, and compliance decisions are made. The work is fully remote and contract-based.
What You’ll Do
- Map complete healthcare processes, including patient care journeys, diagnosis, treatment choices, hospital operations, and regulatory adherence.
- Check AI-generated clinical and operational outputs for accuracy, safety, and practical usefulness.
- Develop well-structured examples that mirror real-world medical decision-making and evidence-based care.
- Assess outputs against accepted clinical guidance, legal requirements, and quality benchmarks.
- Work asynchronously with research teams to strengthen healthcare process modeling.
Specialist Profiles We’re Looking For
- Physicians: Current MD/DO holders with an active medical license, at least 8 years of clinical experience, and board certification preferred.
- Nursing Professionals: Registered Nurses with an active license and 8+ years in clinical practice or nursing leadership.
- Healthcare Administrators: Professionals with 8+ years in hospital, health system, or clinic operations; MHA is preferred.
- Health Information and Medical Records Specialists: RHIA or RHIT certified candidates with 7+ years of experience and strong knowledge of ICD-10 and EHR platforms.
- Compliance and Regulatory Experts: Candidates with 7+ years in healthcare compliance, including HIPAA, state licensing, and accreditation.
- Health Economics and Data Analysts: Professionals with 7+ years of experience; MS or PhD preferred; must be familiar with claims analysis and outcomes research.
- Pharmacists: PharmD holders with an active license and at least 7 years of clinical or hospital pharmacy experience.
- Billing and Revenue Cycle Specialists: Candidates with 7+ years in healthcare billing or revenue cycle operations; CCS or CPC certification is preferred.
Compensation and Working Terms
The engagement is paid on a task basis rather than a fixed salary. Each workflow task typically takes about 20 minutes, and the indicative payout is $40 per task, which works out to roughly $120 per hour at the expected pace.
