Positions Available
Full-time, part-time, and flexible schedules are available for Healthcare Assistants and Social Care Workers.
Healthcare Assistant Requirements
- Possession of a minimum FETAC Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support or Pre-nursing Studies, completing all 8 modules with 120 credits.
- Experience or working knowledge in disability services or similar healthcare settings is advantageous.
- Legal eligibility to work in Ireland without employment restrictions.
- Availability for rostered shifts covering days, nights, and weekends with willingness to rotate shifts accordingly.
- Must hold a full, clean manual Irish driver’s licence.
Social Care Worker Requirements
- Registration with CORU as a Social Care Worker, or actively engaged in the registration process.
- Legal eligibility to work in Ireland with no employment limitations.
- Familiarity with quality assurance standards and their practical application in service delivery.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities in residential, respite, or day service environments.
- Understanding of Person-Centered Planning approaches.
- Knowledge of relevant clinical and human resources policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Awareness of National Disability Standards (HIQA).
- Possession of a full, clean manual Irish driver's licence.
