Positions Available

Full-time, part-time, and flexible schedules are available for Healthcare Assistants and Social Care Workers.

Healthcare Assistant Requirements

  • Possession of a minimum FETAC Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support or Pre-nursing Studies, completing all 8 modules with 120 credits.
  • Experience or working knowledge in disability services or similar healthcare settings is advantageous.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Ireland without employment restrictions.
  • Availability for rostered shifts covering days, nights, and weekends with willingness to rotate shifts accordingly.
  • Must hold a full, clean manual Irish driver’s licence.

Social Care Worker Requirements

  • Registration with CORU as a Social Care Worker, or actively engaged in the registration process.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Ireland with no employment limitations.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance standards and their practical application in service delivery.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities in residential, respite, or day service environments.
  • Understanding of Person-Centered Planning approaches.
  • Knowledge of relevant clinical and human resources policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Awareness of National Disability Standards (HIQA).
  • Possession of a full, clean manual Irish driver's licence.
