Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to successfully pass criminal background and drug screening checks.
Reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for remote work.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Demonstrated punctuality and consistent attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in customer service or working within a call center environment.
Background in appointment scheduling, healthcare, patient scheduling, transportation, or administrative functions.
Familiarity with care or service coordination is advantageous.

Additional Information

This is a permanent, full-time remote position once training is completed successfully.
Salary can reach up to $15.00 per hour.
