Customer Service Agent - dentolo (all genders) - Remote

About the Role

As part of our commitment to advancing digital health protection and enabling more people to access meaningful preventative care, we are expanding our customer service team for our dentolo brand, specializing in dental supplementary insurance plans. We seek an empathetic Customer Service Agent (all genders) available immediately for a 40-hour work week (Monday to Friday). Ideally, candidates reside in Berlin or Brandenburg; however, remote applications from other locations are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
• Serve as the first point of contact to assist customers with questions and use your product knowledge to address needs related to dental supplementary insurance policies.
• Contribute to building and enhancing our digital knowledge database.
• Help improve and automate processes to optimize our customer success journey.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in customer support or similar roles involving direct customer interaction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, teamed with flexibility and a collaborative spirit; motivation to actively participate in shaping a dynamic company culture.
• Dental knowledge is advantageous.
• Curiosity about the insurance sector or willingness to learn about it.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is preferred.
• Excellent command of the German language (minimum C1 level) and fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
