Job description
About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual proficient in first aid, case management, and administrative duties to provide efficient care and support for our employees at the Waitōtara site. This dynamic and frontline position involves close collaboration with multiple departments, leaders, and external treatment providers, requiring excellent communication and diligent follow-up skills.
A core responsibility is fostering and maintaining strong relationships to ensure effective support and adherence to processes that promote successful recovery and wellbeing outcomes for staff. As a member of the Health and Safety team, the role supports early intervention referrals, ACC case management, and coordinates occupational health monitoring.
The position requires working 8-hour shifts with flexible start and finish times between 8:00am and 10:00pm on weekdays to provide coverage for both day and afternoon shifts. Full training is provided along with promising opportunities for career growth. Being site-based, candidates must reside in or near Waitōtara, located 10 km southeast of Waverley and 34 km northwest of Whanganui in South Taranaki.
