Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Nurses, and various healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records and manage information related to recruitment activities.
• Conduct extensive outbound and inbound telephone communication.
• Create and manage job postings for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or working within nursing home environments is required.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with capability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Excellent customer service abilities to engage with candidates and staff effectively.
• Proficiency in computer use is essential.
