Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Loan Officers to deliver timely and precise support for clients ranging from first-time buyers to those refinancing, throughout the mortgage journey.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and monitoring of important dates such as closings, contingencies, and loan lock deadlines.
  • Evaluate loan approvals and ensure all underwriting and closing conditions are satisfied.
  • Engage in continuous thorough training to become proficient in home loan products and mortgage procedures.
  • Accurately assemble and forward loan documentation promptly to the Closing Department.
  • Leverage advanced technology tools to manage loan pipelines and perform credit and underwriting analyses.
  • Offer exemplary customer service, providing respectful and consultative support to clients.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of three years' recent operational experience within the residential mortgage sector, preferably with Conventional, FHA, and VA loan types.
  • Proficiency in Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter and Freddie Mac’s Loan Prospector software.
  • Mandatory experience with Encompass mortgage software.
  • Strongly preferred background in renovation and construction loans.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with keen attention to detail and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective listening, creative problem-solving capabilities, and innovative thinking.
  • A genuine passion for serving clients and building exceptional experiences.
  • Strong commitment to integrity and outstanding customer service.
