Role Description
Reporting clinically to registered staff, the certified Health Care Assistant collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver person-focused care, promoting residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual health. The role supports creating an inclusive and culturally safe environment.

Essential Qualifications
- Certification as Health Care Aide (HCA), Personal Support Worker (PSW), Continuing Care Assistant (CCA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) from a recognized Canadian institution.
- Recent practical knowledge of Health Care Aide theories and techniques.
- Experience with charting and documenting patient progress notes.
