Health and Safety Advisor

Role Overview

This is a contract-based Health and Safety Advisor opportunity with a respected roofing contractor in Clonmel, County Tipperary. The role supports the Project Manager and wider project team with day-to-day safety compliance and site safety management while a current project is being completed. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out workplace audits and risk reviews in line with current legislation and safety standards.
• Complete weekly safety inspections and site audits.
• Maintain records and reports through the online EHS system.
• Track health and safety performance within the business unit and prepare suitable reports.
• Apply working knowledge of ISO standards and HSQE rules and regulations relevant to construction.

Experience and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a health and safety role within the construction sector.
• A third-level qualification in health and safety or occupational health and safety.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with good time management and organisational ability.
• A full driver’s licence is required.
• Candidates must be available to start immediately.
