About the Role
Spectraforce Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Head of Product Design to spearhead innovative product design initiatives that align tightly with business goals. This role demands strong capabilities in user experience and interaction design alongside the integration of artificial intelligence to elevate product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the creation of cutting-edge product designs that fulfill strategic objectives by leveraging expertise in UX design, interaction design, and AI technologies.
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams to discern user requirements and engineer solutions that enhance user engagement and increase revenue.
- Execute user research to guide design decisions; proficiently utilize tools such as Figma to produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed high-fidelity designs.
- Formulate and implement strategic plans for product introductions, facilitating effective user adoption through clear communication and training initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess 7 to 15 years of professional experience in product design or similar disciplines.
- Maintain a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating excellence in UX, interaction design, and use of artificial intelligence.
- Hands-on expertise with Figma or comparable design software, showcasing the ability to develop sophisticated design projects efficiently.
- Documented success in leading product projects through all phases from ideation to launch.
