Job Summary
This position is for a Business Analyst on a 3-month contract role based in Toronto, Ontario, working in a hybrid setting with 2 days onsite weekly. The role involves supporting the e-messaging initiative and collaborating with a small team of 5-6 members.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and organize extensive operability and reliability documentation spanning more than ten years, covering Production, Build/Staging, and Test/Development environments.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors, operational standards teams, process specialists, and technical subject matter experts to review and streamline documentation.
- Provide timely support for e-messaging operations across 140 lines of business under tight deadlines.
- Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, and presentations to peers, facilitating communication across multiple professional relationships.
- Critically assess current processes and challenge existing perceptions to improve standards and procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have post-secondary education with 5-7 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 3 years of direct experience in e-messaging.
- Proficient with Microsoft products and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to negotiate and present ideas effectively.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Agile methodology experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with technical application configuration and documentation is an advantage.

Compensation
The role offers an hourly wage between 60 and 64 Canadian dollars per hour.
