Role overview
This leadership opportunity is for a Head of Worldwide Partnerships in the United States, with applications and hiring steps handled by a partner company. The role is centered on creating and growing a global partner network that supports customer acquisition, revenue acceleration, and international expansion.
You will shape and run partnership strategies that connect the business with global workforce solutions and related ecosystems. The position involves building meaningful relationships across technology, consulting, HR, payroll, and investment networks, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams to turn partnerships into measurable growth channels.
In this role, you will also design scalable programs, negotiate significant agreements, and build repeatable processes that support long-term partner success. It is a chance to lead a worldwide partnership function in a fast-growing, globally distributed environment.
Key accountabilities
- Set and deliver a full partnership strategy aimed at partner-driven pipeline, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and expansion.
- Develop and oversee relationships with strategic partners such as HR technology companies, payroll platforms, consultants, brokers, accounting firms, systems integrators, investment networks, and other market influencers.
- Find, recruit, onboard, and activate high-value partners across multiple global markets.
- Build scalable referral, co-selling, and channel programs that improve partner contribution and commercial results.
- Work across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Growth, and Revenue Operations to capture and convert partnership opportunities.
- Lead complex commercial discussions and negotiate partnership agreements that create value for all sides.
- Set partnership operating models, performance indicators, reporting structures, and improvement plans.
- Track partner results, spot market opportunities, and share insights that help guide broader business decisions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings strong strategic partnership leadership, a commercial mindset, and a track record of building revenue-producing ecosystems in technology-led businesses.
- At least 10 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, strategic alliances, or ecosystem development in SaaS, HR technology, payroll, fintech, or a related field.
- Experience with Employer of Record (EOR) solutions or global workforce platforms is strongly preferred.
- Proven success in creating and scaling partnership programs that produce measurable revenue.
- Strong background in negotiating complex commercial deals and managing senior-level relationships.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and customer-facing teams.
- Experience building partner programs, incentive structures, and go-to-market plans.
- Excellent executive communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial judgment, analytical ability, and a clear focus on turning partnerships into business outcomes.
Benefits
- Flexible time off to support work-life balance and personal well-being.
- Parental leave support for growing families.
- Health and dental insurance coverage where applicable.
- Retirement savings program and employee incentive plan opportunities.
- Remote work flexibility in a global distributed setup.
- The chance to help grow an international technology platform.
- A collaborative culture that values innovation, inclusion, and professional impact.
