Role Overview

As Head of Strategic Initiatives, reporting directly to the CFO and collaborating closely with senior finance and legal leadership, you will lead execution of the company’s most critical strategic projects. This role involves managing enterprise system transformations, operational improvements, and growth strategies by coordinating cross-functional teams and monitoring progress to ensure meaningful outcomes. Your ability to exercise sound judgment, analyze data rigorously, and influence stakeholders without direct authority will be key.

Given Zeitview’s scaling challenges involving complex systems and organizational structures, this role acts as a bridge to ensure pivotal initiatives maintain momentum and alignment. The position requires partial office presence in a coworking space within the Los Angeles area a few days weekly and candidates must already reside in either Colorado or California.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the CFO’s strategic initiative portfolio.
• Convert strategic goals into detailed work plans, milestones, and accountability systems.
• Implement and uphold governance frameworks for initiatives.
• Track progress, identify risks, and manage interdependencies proactively.
• Raise issues and suggestions to executive leadership when needed.
• Ensure alignment and collaboration across involved departments.
• Manage operational rhythms and coordination forums for strategic projects.
• Organize executive-level meetings and decision-making sessions.
• Create executive updates, dashboards, and performance reporting materials.
• Document and follow up on action items to completion.
• Promote organizational accountability and disciplined execution.

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic finance, corporate development, or program management.
• Proven success in managing complicated, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent skills in executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to influence outcomes without formal authority.
• Demonstrated experience preparing executive presentations and conducting analyses.
• Superior organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• MBA or comparable professional experience preferred.

Additional Information

Applicants must reside in Colorado or California; no other states qualify for this role currently. The position offers a base salary between $130,000 and $160,000 USD, supplemented by a performance-based annual bonus. Actual compensation will depend on experience, capabilities, and specific location within the United States.
