Role Overview
This senior leadership role is focused on building and executing corporate growth initiatives that unlock new revenue streams, strengthen cooperation across business units, and support long-term expansion. The position partners closely with executive leadership to shape strategy, enter new markets, and develop new service lines, partnerships, and investment-led opportunities. It is an executive-track role with visibility at board level.

Responsibilities
- Spot business opportunities that align with the company’s long-term direction.
- Design and introduce new revenue platforms across multiple business units.
- Lead feasibility reviews and commercial evaluations for strategic initiatives.
- Convert high-level strategic priorities into practical, executable business plans.
- Find opportunities where different business units can work together more effectively.
- Create integrated offerings that combine capabilities from several divisions.
- Work with business unit leaders to deliver synergy programs.
- Monitor and report the value generated by synergy initiatives.
- Track emerging sectors, technologies, and service models for new business creation.
- Build commercial structures for new business lines and corporate verticals.
- Support the launch and early scaling of new ventures and platforms.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- MBA or an equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 10 to 18 years of experience in corporate business development, strategic planning, or investment-focused roles.
- Background in infrastructure, energy, industrial, or EPC sectors is required.
- Demonstrated success in launching new business lines.
- Hands-on experience with cross-business or corporate-wide initiatives.
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships or investments.
- Strong corporate strategy, commercial, and financial judgement.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across business units.
- Solid capability in investment analysis and business case development.
